I went to counseling sessions at Endeavour Wellness Psychology, Sutherland Shire for an entire semester and found it to be a positive experience. At the end of the semester I didn't feel the need to attend sessions anymore because my condition had improved. However, I will say that the extent to which they will help you depends on what kind of issues you're facing and the severity of them. The counselors will help you find another service or therapist in the area if you feel like that would be best. Even if it isn't always a perfect solution, going to them is a very good first step if you're seeking help.
